  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

3. Defective & Damaged Items


If you receive broken, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a full refund, free replacement, or partial refund at no extra cost.

4. Refund Process

  2. Wait for our return approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back following the given address.
  4. We will inspect the returned item after receipt.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Shipping Fees


  • Customer’s remorse returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Damaged/defective/wrong item returns: We cover all shipping costs.
